How to buy Gem?
What is Gem?
- Gem is a currency that is used in Arbum. You can use them to donate to artists.
- Gem will be provided to you immediately after the purchase. Gem can only be used on the Arbum platform.
- You are not allowed to transfer Gem outside of the service e.g. trading, selling, gifting, or attempting to sell Gem for real money, or exchange gem for the value of any kind outside of the services.
- The price of the Gem can be changed without notice.
Refund Policy
Gem will not be refunded for any reason.
How to buy Gem?
Gem can be bought in 3 ways. 1. QR code (only for Thai Bank) 2. Debit/Credit card 3. PayPal
Buying Gem from Thai Bank QR
- Click the Gem icon on the top bar. Select Thai Bank QR and choose Gem pack you want to purchase.
2. You can select the amount of your Gem pack and press OK.
3. The amount will be shown for confirmation. Click ‘Receive QR code’
4. Scan the QR code to receive your Gem!
Buying Gem from Debit/Credit card
- Click the Gem icon on the top bar. Select Debit/Credit and choose Gem pack you want to purchase.
2. You can select the amount of your Gem pack and press OK.
3. Fill in your details. Click ‘Add Card’
4. The amount will be shown for confirmation. Click ‘Purchase’
5. After confirmation, your card issuer may request OTP confirmation via SMS to complete the purchase.

Buying Gem from PayPal
- Click the Gem icon on the top bar.
2. Click on ‘PayPal’ and choose Gem pack you want to purchase.
3. The non-pack, flexible Gem option has a minimum purchase of 50 Gem and an additional service fee of 20 Thai Baht.
4. Once you have confirmed the number of Gem you wish to buy, click PayPal. The system will lead you to the PayPal payment page.
5. Follow the PayPal payment process, and then you are all set!
