How to verify for international artists
- Click on the three lines icon (Hamburger button) at the top right of the website and go to the ‘My Gem’ page.
2. Go to ‘Income’ wallet.
3. You will see that your account is unverified. Click ‘+’ to fill in your information.
4. Fill in your information. You can click ‘PayPal invoice instruction’ for more information.
5. Once you have finished, click ‘SUBMIT FOR VERIFICATION’
6. After you submit the information, your status will be marked as ‘waiting for approval’
When your status changes to ‘approved’, you will be able to withdraw the money.
7. There will be an email and notification when your status is updated. Your account is now approved!
